How To Apply:
Papers will be selected based on abstract submissions. Please follow the three-step process when submitting your abstracts:
1. Submit the cover page with the following information:
   a. Contact(s)/Author(s) name(s) and title(s)
   b. The author’s company name or institution i.e. university affiliation
   c. Complete contact details including Email AND Phone number. Please note: If the contact person is different from the author, that person’s name must be submitted as well.
2. Submit the title paper and no more than a 300-word abstract.
3. All abstracts must be received by November 16, 2009 for consideration.

The following guidelines must be adhered to:
1. All submissions must be in English
2. All submissions must be submitted as a Microsoft Word or PDF document
3. All submissions must be sent to PPXV@everettreed.com (the conference management company)
Authors will be notified by early January 2010 of papers accepted for presentation. Paper submissions with the presenter’s name(s) will be required by June 2010. All papers must be received AND presented in English.
